The Lord has opened the door for me to offer my services as Hospital Chaplain in the high desert. It is my honor and privilege to offer aid, comfort, and prayer for the sick and hurting. Much of this ministry is focused in the senior care facilities, however, I am available to anyone who is in need of Chaplain Services for prayer and spiritual help. I am on call twenty four hours a day for emergency hospital visits, and make daily rounds to pray for the needs and concerns of all residents under my care. I also lead weekly Bible studies to bring encouragement from the word of God and build up the discouraged by reminding them they are vital members of the family of God. “Rise in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the LORD.” Leviticus 19:32 (NIV) It is important to remember what an honor and a privilege it is to minister to the needs of the elderly. The fact that God commanded the Israelites to honor the elderly shows us how seriously we should take the responsibility of respecting those older than ourselves. Over the past several years Calvary Chapel in Apple Valley has had the opportunity to minister God’s love to those who are no longer able to get out to church services. Many in senior care facilities have lost that sense of purpose and feel they have nothing left to offer. However when they are reminded of how much God loves them and how He can still use their lives as a testimony for His glory, they are filled with new hope. There is nothing more rewarding than giving back a little to those who have given so much of their lives for us. Many people in our community hospitals and senior care facilities do not have a saving relationship with our Lord and desperately need to hear the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ before they move into eternity. It is my prayer and my aim to get the message of salvation by grace alone through faith in Christ alone to as many as possible. Please remember this ministry in your prayers often as I seek to minister to the sick and to honor these beloved elderly saints whom God cares so much about. May we keep the love and hope of God alive in their hearts as we bring the message of salvation to the lost. If you would like information regarding Hospital Chaplaincy please contact
