One Step to Freedom is a drug and alcohol abuse recovery program to help those who are fighting the battle of life-controlling addiction. We will meet every Monday at 6 pm in our School of Ministry room. If you or a loved one is struggling, join us for a time of encouragement, fellowship, and healing! 

Men's Bible Study book of Romans

Our Men’s Bible Study meets every Monday at 6:30 PM in the Youth Room. We are going through a twenty-two-lesson study of the book of Romans!

SCHOOL OF MINISTRY

Join us for our School of Ministry course called "Science and the Bible"

Pastor Gary Arce teaches this class every Tuesday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Class began September 1st. Join us to get a better understanding of the New Testament. Enrollment forms will be available on the first day of class. Don't forget to purchase the course textbook "The Case for a Creator" by Lee Strobel on Amazon!

Youth Group

Our Next Meeting Date: Wednesday, September 23rd 

Our "OTHERS" High School & “Transformed” Jr. High Ministries are dedicated to helping today's generation find and lean into the love of Jesus Christ. We believe it is essential to teach and disciple the youth to put His love into daily action, and that their age is the most vital time to dig into their relationship with The Lord. Both youth groups meet at 6 PM on Wednesday nights--OTHERS High School meets in the High School Room and Transformed Jr. High meets in the Jr. High Room for verse-by verse Bible studies and practical application of God's Word. 

In addition, Transformed Jr. High group meets on Sunday mornings during our 9:00am, 10:45am, and 12:30pm services in the Jr. High Room.

Young Adults bible study

Our Next Meeting: Sunday, September 20th at 6 PM

Our Journey Young Adults Bible Study gathers every Sunday, at 6 PM in the CCAV Fellowship Hall! 

As young adults enter and learn to navigate the world, we seek to help them solidify and deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ so that they can “go in and possess the land” which God has prepared for them. Our Young Adult Ministry (age 18-29) meets on Sunday nights at 6 PM here at CCAV in the Fellowship Hall.

Young Adults Conference

Join us for the Young Adults Conference at Calvary Chapel Apple Valley on Friday, October 9th, at 6:30 PM!

This FREE conference is open to young adults ages 18–29 and will be an evening of worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, and encouragement. Dinner will be provided, and Pearly Gates Coffee Co. will be on-site with coffee available for purchase.(Doors open at 5:30 PM for coffee and food)

L.I.F.E Widows Group

Our next gathering is on Friday, October 9th at 2 PM!

L.I.F.E., Our Living in Faith Every Day group for our widows, meets on the second Friday of every month in the School of Ministry building for a time of Bible Study and encouragement.

Food Pantry 

Our next meeting is Friday, September 25th at 11 AM

Our food pantry meets every Friday at 11 AM in the Youth Room (just look for the big sign on the pillars outside) with various dry foods and produce items available for those in need. A 15-minute devotional from the Bible kicks off our ministry time. No documentation of any kind is necessary to receive food!

Saints in touch 

Our next meeting is Saturday, September 26th at 3 PM 

This group gives an opportunity for those who are 50 years old and better to become more closely acquainted with each other as we fellowship in Jesus' name. We generally meet on the 4th Saturday of each month at 3 PM. Our meetings consist of a pot-faith dinner, a time of worship, a prayer request time, and a devotional teaching. We wrap up the evening with dessert and more fellowship. We welcome all from our church fellowship who are 50 and better and desire to be Saints in Touch with Jesus as well as with one another. Our Next Meeting Dates: Friday, September 11th and Sunday, September 13th

Our Home Fellowships meet every Friday and Sunday at 6 PM. Different homes across Apple Valley, Victorville, and Lucerne Valley will be leading small groups in a time of fellowship and Bible Study. We will resume discussing the Book of Acts, chapter by chapter and verse by verse! It'll be a wonderful time for you to grow deeper connections with others in our church or start relationships with those who may attend different services! (Please note that Home Fellowships are for adults only and childcare isn't provided.)

We encourage you to join us in Our Daily Manna reading plan, which will give you a portion of Scripture each day and at the end of one year, you will have read through the entire Bible! Others in our church fellowship will be reading the same text as you day by day, and you will be able to encourage and empower one another with the Word of God. Alternatively, you can pick up a paper version of the current month's Daily Manna reading portions in our Main Sanctuary on your way in or out of service.
